I am also a member of the ebci an have lived here my entire life. About five times a year we go up to the highest of caves on straight fork fly fishing. Each time we go we see 10 to 12 Cherokee men standing loin clothed and with the feathers of a Cherokee warrior in their hair. These men always stay near the caves but vanish when it is daytime. There is an old legened saying that many of the old Cherokees who have not lost sight of the original way still live there as they have always lived there.

If you are a fan of the supernatural of Cherokee heritage I advise that you go to the highest caves on straight fork and see them for yourself...

I am a member of the Eastern band of the Cherokee Indians and I have lived here my whole life. There is a certain pull off on the great smoky mountain parkway call Thomas divide. At night there are some strange things that happen when you look out at the surrounding mountains.
