When witnessed the ghost approached the viewer who then ran away. Regardless of what folks utter, it's a scary ghost that is rather not disturbed. The ghost of a 10 feet high enormous giant was perceived ascending up from a manhole on a Clinton street around midnight. This particular ghost has been spotted often in this area. The ghost of a young girl became visible in Cliffs of the Neuse State Park right by the park headquarters staring furiously at the bystander. Additional accounts of this phantom have been described. The phantom of a lady with half her head absent was distinguished nosing around in mailboxes on a dark night in Clinton. This phantom is fantastically active in this neighborhood; there have been a small number of additional accounts of this particular phantom.
