When I was young there was a man lived next to us; he was one of the town drunks. We all noticed that when he got his check two more drunks would get together. Off they went drinking . A fight would break out and he would get beat up. One day I saw him at Nanny Cafe. I asked him why do you hang around with them, the only thing they want to do is too spend all of your money and beat you up.     He really didn't say much. So off he went. It was really cold outside. He came home trying to heat up his house; the heater caught on fire, the house burned. The firemen found his body behind the couch. Later I was in bed at night, I heard a banging sound was like someone was banging on a tin trash can lid. I awoke my sister up a couple of times and ask her did she hear that; she told me no. I went back to sleep and it woke me up again. I asked my sister did she hear it. The sound got louder and louder so I got mad and jumped up from bed went to the window and saw Jimmy (town drunk).
