I knew the man well before he passed away. He has been seen wondering from the house next door where he lived to the trailer that he owned. He walks holding one hand in the air as  if holding a lead rope. This man was blind and while alive he had a rope tied between his house and the trailer to guide him back and forth. He is indeed     a friendly spirit. He did have a temper when he was alive, but he will, I'm sure remain peaceful unless provoked.
