Based on what the local residents declare, this ghost is the tormented spirit of a long dead Gloucester person who lived here. One thing's for certain, it's a chilling spirit that you would not want to encounter on a dark night.
A big chilling phantom was made out near Cape Lookout National Seashore turning toward the onlooker. When seen the ghost came up to the onlooker who then ran off.
