If you talk to the people who live here, this ghost is the ghost of a vacationer that was murdered while journeying through Lowland a long time ago. One thing's for guaranteed, this is an unfriendly phantom that is rather not upset. A gentleman with a large hole through his upper body has from time to time been seen at Abel Bay before sunrise staring down into the water. According to what the folks who live here assert, this ghost is that of a local resident who had a house here in Lowland some time ago. In any event, it's a menacing ghost that you do not want to meet around midnight.
