Custom Search Marble, North Carolina Ghost Sightings Marble PAGE 1   2     Some years back we purchased a Bay mare named roxanne. A full bread quarter horse. Its owner was a Young Man from Arden who had been killed in an auto wreck. His father was not wanting to sell us Roxie but gave in and sold the horse to my wife. Our small farm had bad fencing by any standard. I was building a good Wood panel Fence as fast as one person could. Our House sets on the location of an older House which was     burned in the 1940's. On fall afternoon I saw the image of someone walking toward barn thru the front yard. It was a Gray White image . I went to the barn . No one had walked thru our front yard. About a week later I saw the same image {ghost} walking down our Hall of our house. Also going toward our 120 year old barn. I was spooked but Felt this was a Friendly spirit. I mentioned it to my wife as if she had any strange things happening. She described the image-spirit exactly as I had seen.
