One night late my grand father was awakened by the sound of the screen door slamming shut. As he looked out his bedroom door way he heard foot steps walk past the door and saw nothing. The sound had awakened my aunts who shared a large bedroom in the middle of the House on the first floor. As they looked at each other across the     hallway between their beds the footsteps could be heard walking between them. They all heard the footsteps proceed thru the House up the stairs to the second floor and enter a vacant room. They later learned that years earlier a Man living in the House had locked his son in that room and for later died of pneumonia. Over the years other noises were heard until one Day they just stopped. They later learned that the old Man who locked his son away had died around the time the noises stopped.
