Salisbury, North Carolina Ghost Sightings - PAGE 18
(...continued from the previous page)|
We decided to snoop around a bit but it was so dark that even with our cell phone lights we could only see a foot ahead. Suddenly we heard some crackling behind an old door near the back of the restaurant.
My friend said it lead down to the catacombs the lie beneath downtown Salisbury. We entered the door and found that it did lead down to an old tunnel. It was extremely musty and there was a slight stench of eggs.

Comment by Jennifer: I and my father owned Brick Street Tavern. Yes it is haunted by many entities but this entry is incorrect. The bathrooms were the last places checked every evening. Even if an employee forgot the alarm system would have prohibited such events from occurring.
There is not a door or entrance that leads anywhere in the building. This entry is absolutely false. There isn't even a basement under the establishment. I previously worked at Las Palmas for 13 years as well.
I just wanted to correct this entry because the building is indeed haunted and lies like this discredit the authenticity of that fact.

Me and my roommate were sleeping out in a tent outside of the shady oaks trailer Park area. My roommate David had to go outside of the tent. We both feel asleep watching movies. The next morning he told me how he saw a ghost.
