Superficially Smyrna, North Carolina appears like your average town, but when the darkness of night begins; things turn scary. There have been loads of happenings with beings from another realm. Doubters don't believe in the local ghost descriptions, but everyone who lives in Smyrna is not alive.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The ghost of a seriously mangled hunter hauling a dead bear has once in a while been distinguished yelling at the witness to go away by Broad Creek Marsh.

A lady with no head is once in a while spotted hurling stones into the stream at Broad Creek late in the night. In any case, it in all certainty is a terrifying ghost that should be left alone.

The ghost of a youthful female with a cable around her neck has supposedly been witnessed on a small number of instances seated in a beanbag in a trailer near Smyrna. No matter what folks verbalize, this is an unfriendly ghost that is better not messed with.

    from time to time be seen gazing across Open Grounds at midnight. According to the residents, this ghost may perhaps be a celebrated yesteryear resident of Smyrna.

The ghost of an aged gold digger with a big beard and a wooden left leg was perceived annihilating a glove near the water at Bells Point. The phantom waved to the eye witness. One thing's for certain, it's a bloodcurdling ghost that you wouldn't wish to meet in the early morning hours before sunrise.
