Along hwy 343 just outside of south mills. It is the Section between no say road and old swamp road. I was driving North heading towards town. As lame as it might sound it was Spring night with a light amount of fog when out of the mist I noticed a jogger coming at me on the other side of the road.
I thought this was Odd because it was around 9 at night. As I passed by I checked my rear view mirror. This is a habit I have

developed. The jogger had crossed to my side of the road and was standing there staring after me.
My son was with me and had not noticed
|
a thing nor did the car that was behind me because they didn't swerve or break for the jogger.
