Custom Search Wilmington, North Carolina Ghost Sightings Wilmington PAGE 1   2   3   4   5     Many years ago at the age of 16 1971 my brother myself and a Friend decided to spend the night at the Railroad trussel where joe Baldwin was suppose to have lost his head and haunted the tracks in maco NC. It was getting dark as we walked the gravle road from the Street down to the trussel. I would say it was maybe a mile or so to the trussel. We met a few people walking back the other way to the road. Soon it was     pretty dark and we were all alone on this lonely road. I don't know why but someone thought they saw something and being the Young scaredy cats we were we took off running back towards the car. Our Friend was in front my brother was in the middle and I was in the rear. Usually the rear is the last place I would want to be when running from danger but when I looked down suddenly I was not afraid any more. You see each time my Brothers feet hit the road their was actual Sparks flying from the ground. I was not afraid because whatever we saw and what ever   (continued on the next page...)
