We were walking around there then it got super super quiet and our dogs starred at the same place and their tails were under their legs. We heard either a gun shot, or an screen door slam hardly shut! Then we ran back to the road, but Harper fell down and was yelling she can't move because her leg gave out! We got her up and carried her back (she is fine now though), but it was so scary. Ever since we've gotten here, my roommate and I have heard noises, like people walking around our dorm, usually between 11 and 3:30 each night; we've had our stuff moved around while we're gone, and we keep our door locked; the empty study room next door that no one ever uses is loudest at night, when we hear furniture       being moved around every few minutes or some knocking or even a few bangings sometimes. And that's the little stuff. One night, something was banging and scratching on our window (which is a floor above the ground outside our window) and scared the crap out of my roommate. Another night, my roommate was gone for the weekend so I was by myself, and   the first night really early in the morning--and it sounds crazy, but I swear to god I heard something growling RIGHT outside my window--not like a dog or animal growling, but I guess the only way to describe it is like a man with a really, really, really deep voice just growling outside the window. I don't remember EVER being that scared before. My roommate works in the library--also a very haunted place--and more than once, she's seen people disappear behind a shelf of books. This one girl didn't believe us, and she stopped by our dorm to have a look, and nothing happened at first, but all of a sudden she just booked it out of our room, and naturally, we were kinda confused. She looked freaked, and we asked her what was wrong; she said that she saw the face of a PO'd old woman appear in the tv reflection of the back of my roomie's head, and I don't think she was lying, cuz since then she refuses to come back into our dorm. Various other people in my dorm have said that they've heard someone walk into their dorm late late at night/early morning while their lying in their beds (roommate's usually out) and felt someone sit down on the bed, then get up and leave. This one girl told me she heard someone run into her room, felt someone climb up onto the top bunk, and then just hold onto her waist for five minutes while she was just lying there, then climbed back down and left.
