The area was known mostly for the springs at the end of the road. If you wanted to run a good campaign back then this was the place to be. There are things unimaginable on this hill. I can't explain all just some: the woman with no face. The man that wears all black, red eyes and a silver cane. The children of Mister Mac who died in a fire. The people who has passed on and want crossover including these.
There is more to be said but I and my siblings have

no desire to return to the hill and we have family homes and roots there.

I had a friend that lived in Blacksburg and Olar during the 1980's. He had ghost in his house in both places. The one house he lived in was where a doctor lived and had died. His daughter was killed there riding a bicycle.
He said that they had not lived there very long and he opened the door to go upstairs and when he looked up the stairway there was a man at the top of the stairs with wide shoulders and no face blocking him from coming up the stairs.
He said he dropped his head and backed out the door back in the living room. Him and his son and wife all slept in the living room that night and left the next day. His friend moved in to take over the house and shot holes in the ceiling and top of the door one night and said that a ''chiffon'' thing was floating next to the ceiling all around the house and he chased it through the house shooting at it.
