A creepy creature can repeatedly be noticed in the early morning hours before sunrise soaring across Lower Rutledge Bay. A man who lives here says that this phantom is that of a resident who had a home here in Cades a long time ago.
The ghost of a gentleman dressed as a gardener may be witnessed repeatedly in Dew Park before sunrise dragging a cadaver through some bushes. No matter what, this is a nasty phantom that you wouldn't want to meet before dawn.
