A number of of the folks who live in this town say this phantom might be a well-known days gone by dweller of Enoree. The spirit of a young-looking gentleman wearing a confederate uniform can every so often be made out being carried by a mare by the side of a highway near Enoree. The ghost of a hobo has frequently been spotted striding through a residence close to Enoree. In any event, it's a menacing ghost that should be avoided.
