Enoree, South Carolina Ghost Tales


Enoree, South Carolina seems the same as any other place in the States, but the ghost reports reported by the locals are enough to make anybody reconsider spending a night here. Things go down here that cannot be given an explanation. Some people who live here declare there are no spirits, but everyone who stays in Enoree is not alive.

The ghost of a security guard with a bullet hole in his forehead is often spotted marveling at Horseshoe Bend before sunrise.

The ghost of a man dressed in a soldier's outfit has supposedly been spotted on a small number of occasions flinging bricks in the middle of Aiken Branch.

A knight's armor from the middle ages with no human being inside may be spotted frequently resting at a coffee table in an Enoree house mounding chunks of concrete. One of the people who live here strongly claims that this ghost could be the spirit of a local resident who died here in Enoree long ago.

    gentleman clothed as the skipper of a vessel has every now and then been distinguished downing blood from a cup near Chesnee Shoals around midnight. One thing's for certain, this is an unfriendly phantom that you shouldn't go looking for.

A big frightening ghost is from time to time observed up on the highest spot of Crab Apple Hill eating a
  piece of bread. A number of of the folks who live in this town say this phantom might be a well-known days gone by dweller of Enoree.

The spirit of a young-looking gentleman wearing a confederate uniform can every so often be made out being carried by a mare by the side of a highway near Enoree.

The ghost of a hobo has frequently been spotted striding through a residence close to Enoree. In any event, it's a menacing ghost that should be avoided.
