If you listen to the locals, this ghost is almost certainly the undead ghost of a local person who used to live here in Peak. Regardless of what, it's undeniably a menacing ghost that is rather not disrupted. The ghost of a young female dressed in a blood-covered dress has purportedly been perceived on   one or two occasions in Billy Dreher Island State Park at night concealing a corpse by a large boulder. A lot of residents say this ghost is the undead spirit of a long dead Peak local person. A decapitated woman can from time to time be witnessed in a Peak home.
