Pelion, South Carolina Ghost Tales Off highway 178 in Pelion South Carolina sits an old forgotten building that has been standing 50 years before the great depression. The building is said to be haunted by the husband of a family he killed in the building in the 40's. The man was said to be going through financial issues and ended up shooting his wife and two kids in the dispute. Today the father and husband can be seen standing in the window's at late night hours and early morning hours. Though the build is in ruin and boarded up with out any attention and is left to fall in ruin without electricity the lights have been seen on by myself personally that scared the hell out of me. I doubted the supernatural until I saw that!!. The undead are everywhere in this municipality as the residents will advise you about. Some residents say these testimonies are lies, but if you are bold enough to stay       an extra day in Pelion, you could notice a ghost for yourself. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The ghost of a nine feet tall huge man was witnessed scooping out an opening next to the shore at Lucas Ponds. The ghost talked about avenging a homicide. The ghost of an adolescent   girl emerged by Big Branch burning a shoe. The observer was terrified and fled. A figure with a skeleton face in shady robes was spotted appearing in a closet mirror. The ghost did not appear to be worried by the viewers. A woman having a sword in her head appeared late in the night running after a passing Ford on a shady road near Pelion. When the ghost was perceived it disappeared into the thin air. One thing's for certain, this phantom unquestionably is creepy; one that you would not want to meet in the early morning hours before sunrise. A drifting ghost was spotted in the rear seat of a pickup by the driver catching a sight of the ghost in her rear view mirror at midnight. The ghost was gobbled up by the air after being spotted. In any case, this is a horrible ghost that any reasonable person wouldn't want to come across. The ghost of a young-looking Indian combatant was spotted cutting grass in the front garden of a mobile home in Pelion. Shocked by the watchers the ghost vanished into the darkness.
