A woman grasping her head next to her arm was made out fishing from the shore of Browns Lake after midnight. This is one of those spirits that is observed repeatedly nearby.

on a mule beside a road close to Salem. The watcher fled immediately after he saw the ghost.
A beheaded woman showed up down near Clearwater Falls late at night throwing chunks of concrete. The ghost was unconcerned that there was someone else present.
