Starr, South Carolina Ghost Tales


In the daylight hours the locals in Starr, South Carolina go about their lives exactly the same as anywhere other, but undeparted phantoms of days gone by in this settlement don't seem to be going to pass away. Folks who have seen this ghost say this ghost is possibly the undeparted ghost of a local who used to reside here in Starr. One thing's for guaranteed, it's a menacing ghost that you shouldn't go looking for.

The ghost of a dreadfully mangled hunter dragging a dead cougar was made out trimming bushes in the front garden of a building in Starr. When the
ghost was spotted it faded away into the thin air.

The phantom of a young-looking female with a wire around her neck appeared relaxing in an armchair in a building in Starr. The spirit was swallowed by the night after being made out.

An exceptionally bloodcurdling ghost was spotted down at High Schoals late at night tossing chunks of concrete. Being frightened by the witnesses the phantom made its way into the dark.

The spirit of an old gold digger with a big beard and a hook instead of his left hand materialized burrowing a hollow mid stream in Beaver Creek. When observed the ghost approached the onlooker who then escaped. Locals assert that this ghost is the struggling spirit of a long dead Starr local person. Any which way, it undoubtedly is a frightening ghost that should be avoided.

The ghost of a waitress was spotted obliterating a shoe in Allen Park at the stroke of midnight. There have been numerous tales concerning this ghost in the vicinity.
