Taylors, South Carolina Ghost Tales

On highway 95 in S.C. while driving to Florida, around 2or 3 am. my husband saw a ghost of a woman in colonial long red dress walking on the hwy. Resembling the look of Harriet Tubman. He was real freaked out. Asked if I see the woman, I looked out the window but no one was there. Has anyone else experienced this ghost? If so please e-mail me at rec9498@aol.com Thanks.
