Warrenville, South Carolina Ghost Sightings

I was driving down Tumeric St. in Warrenville when I see a man sitting in the road. It was too late to brake and I hit him but not really. My car kept on going and my feet got really cold. Instead of the car hitting the pale man the car just effortlessly glided through the man.
I pulled over to see what the heck just happened and I see no one even though there was a man there two minutes earlier. Has anyone else seen this man?.

There are thick woods across the street from my house on Tumeric Street. Sometimes when I look out the window I see a glimpse of a man in the woods, just a brief glimpse. He's dressed rugged and old fashioned, like an old day hunter or lumberjack.
I don't know that much about the history of those woods. Did someone like that die there a long time back or what?.
