A female with the head of a devil has been said to have been seen on a small number of instances climbing out of Deep Bottom Bay covered in slime in the early morning hours. Some of the people who live in this town claim this ghost could be the spirit of a local who died here in Williams long ago.
The ghost of a man having half his head missing may sometimes be seen bass fishing from the shore of Bryans Lake in the early morning hours before sunrise.
A decapitated lady was seen looking over Parkers Bay on a dark night. The ghost saluted the eye witness. Whichever

The phantom of a teenage girl was noticed in a phone booth in Williams making a telephone call. When the ghost was distinguished it vanished into the thin air.
