About 11:30 p. M. When I passed by a man waving like he wanted me to stop and help him... So I pulled over and locked my doors just to be safe... As he was coming to the car we were holding something that I couldn't see at the time... I asked him what's wrong what did he need he tried to talk but he had opened his hand to show me     that his tongue had been removed and the thing in his hand was a blade... I covered my face because I was so scared and shaking.. When I opened them again he was gone...
