Ashburn, Virginia Ghost Tales I always see lights or could be orbs floating in the cemetery every time I walk past it after work (around 10:00 or 10:30 pm). At first I thought to ask her if she needed help and then as I got closer she lifted her head and it was the most evil face I have ever seen. She said to get off their land and then said we are coming for you. Since this happened on Nov. 7th 2008 9 of my neighbors and about 6 others from the Belmont area have seen and heard noises and even one child was attacked by an unexplained being. Ashburn may be safe but the country club is cursed. One of the local residents confidently argues that this phantom is that of a local person who resided here in Ashburn long ago. Any which way, it is unquestionably a chilling ghost that any reasonable person wouldn't want to meet. The ghost of a youthful cowboy can every so often be observed riding on a scooter on a gloomy highway close to Ashburn. The ghost of a silver-miner was spotted in an Ashburn building. This is one of those ghosts that is perceived frequently close by. A number of of the folks here argue this ghost gets pleasure from frightening foolhardy people who have the courage to upset the quiet in Ashburn. In any event, this ghost undeniably is bloodcurdling; one that you shouldn't go searching for. The spirit of a man dressed as a janitor appeared gazing at the water by Beaverdam Dam before dawn.
