Atlantic, Virginia Ghost Tales Atlantic, Virginia is just like any other place during the daytime, but the ghost testimonies exposed by the local residents are enough to make anybody think again about spending the night here. Phantoms are so typical around here; many folks who live here don’t even lose sleep about it any longer. A guy that shifted shape into a vampire may every so often be noticed by Ballast Narrows gobbling a chicken drumstick. A luminous human figure has frequently been made out at Wallops Beach going for a moonlight-hour swim. The ghost of a pregnant female has been perceived on several occasions hauling a dead body through some bushes in Wallops Island National Wildlife Refuge in the early morning hours before sunrise. In any event, it is certainly a scary ghost that you would not want to come across before dawn.
