One thing's for guaranteed, it's undeniably a creepy ghost that is better not disturbed. The ghost of a young girl was seen on the highest spot of Hubble Hill at midnight looking at the sight. The bystander was frightened and ran away. The ghost of a female having half her head absent was witnessed in the       center of Beech Fork scaring folks. The ghost acknowledged the presence of the watcher. A form with a skeleton face dressed in gloomy robes came into sight by Upper Clinch River Number Eight Dam at night looking at the water. When the phantom was noticed it vanished into the air. A local resident says that this ghost is almost certainly the   struggling ghost of a person who used to reside here in Bishop. Anyhow, this ghost indisputably is frightening; one that you would not want to encounter very late at night.
