A number of of the folks who live here allege this ghost may be the spirit of a person who lived here who passed away here in Breaks a long time ago. The ghost of a man dressed in a military outfit has once in a while been spotted slurping blood from a beaker in Breaks Interstate Park on a dark night.   If you listen to the locals, this spirit is almost certainly the undeparted spirit of a resident who used to have a house here in Breaks. An old knight's armor lacking a person inside is occasionally observed gazing down into the water at Pool Point in the early morning hours before sunrise.
