The spirit of a planter sporting a farmer hat materialized   going mad by the water at Kinloch Farm Pond. The ghost didn't seem to be troubled by the eye witnesses. A lot of locals say this ghost loves frightening unwise folks who are brave enough to disturb the calm in Broad Run.
