This part is locally known as ''Snake Road''. If you park on the narrow part on the bridge next to ruffins' pond there is a great ghost hunting place. I've heard a few different stories but the version I remember is if you shout into the lake ''I have your baby'' three times the mother will appear to retrive her child. Also automobiles are known to malfunction. Also     it doesn't help that every year some dumb teen dies by trying to drive like an idiot around the sharp turns around that area.
