One road in particular nicknamed ''snake'' road because of its twists and turns was a hotspot for an eerie presence. as you would cruise this road the headlights of a volkswagon would tail you through the dimly lit twists and turns, at about the time the turns would stop the headlights would drift back and dissappear, happened numerous times to countless friends. Spooky. Submitted by tom richardson Superficially Colonial Heights, Virginia seems like a customary municipality, but beneath the surface there are weird things occurring. The living dead are living in this town as the people who live here will disclose. Skeptics don't trust in the local ghost descriptions, but chilling things unquestionably take place here       in Colonial Heights in the dark hours. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A decapitated gentleman was perceived smoking a cigar by the water at Conjurors Neck. The witness got freaked out and escaped. A lady with her left arm and right leg removed emerged reading a tabloid in   the center of Ashton Creek. The ghost didn't seem to be worried by the eye witnesses. The ghost of a guy hauling a bloody sword appeared gulping water from Ware Bottom Spring at midnight. The spirit greeted the witness. The ghost of a civil war fighter was seen checking out The Crater at midnight. When the phantom was witnessed it vanished into the thin air. The ghost of a seriously scorched female has repeatedly been perceived resting in a chair in a building in Colonial Heights. In any event, it's without a doubt a scary phantom that you would not want to come across at midnight. The ghost of a gentleman with a name engraved into his back is often distinguished attempting to articulate something under a streetlight in Colonial Heights. The ghost of a gravely mangled hunter dragging a dead coyote has supposedly been distinguished on one or two occasions rummaging around in the freezer in the kitchen of a Colonial Heights house late at night. A lady lacking a head can often be witnessed terrifying people in Dutch Gap at the stroke of midnight. No matter what people express, this spirit undeniably is scary; one that you shouldn't go seeking.
