The ghost of a delivery man was perceived in Cape Charles Historic District around midnight smoking a pipe. When the ghost was witnessed it faded away into the night. Residents here claim that this ghost is the stressed spirit of a long forgotten Eastville local resident.

A gentleman's body having the head of a bear materialized standing by a deserted highway close to Eastville. Freaked out by the viewers the ghost receded into the dark.
