By the looks of it Fort Eustis, Virginia appears like your customary settlement, but this spot has a fine ratio of phantoms. Many ghost stories have been reported by the folks who live here. Doubters don't have faith in the local ghost descriptions, but a journey to Fort Eustis, Virginia will make anyone believe.
