My step-father worked the late sfift in Strasburg at a factory that made Ford parts. One morning about 1am I had to pick him up from work. Driving down route 55 between Front Royal and Strasburg     there's a stright away that has a very small bridge (if you blink you'll Miss it) with Concrete posts at both ends of the bridge. Coming down the road I seen a person standing on the side of the road at the foot of the bridge. As I got closer I noticed that he was wearing a civil War confederate Soldier uniform. I thought to myself ''why would someone be standing out here wearing a uniform standing on the side of the road at this time''. I slowed way down (maybe 5 mph) to see if the needed help.
