When they were building the field house at Legion football field in GATE CITY .SOMEONE NAMED Bill Wilson died in the field. Last friday I went to get my jersy the door was locked then I went to see if the coaches would unlock the door whem I went back and the lock was in floor and the door was open.THat is why the field house is haunted.

In the day Gate City, Virginia is identical to any other American town, but tormented ghosts of former times in this town don't appear to wish to go away. The undeceased are here in this city as the residents will tell you about. Some residents declare these stories are not true, but the phantoms of Gate City are out tonight trying to locate somebody to frighten.

A decapitated gentleman was noticed at Camp-meeting Creek late at night heaving pieces of wood into the water. When seen the ghost moved toward the watcher who then fled. In any event, this is an unfriendly ghost that should be avoided.
A woman with her head separated emerged dragging a corpse across the ground in Centennial Boat Yard Park at night. This exact ghost has been seen very often in this spot. No matter what, it undeniably is a scary spirit that you do not want to come across before dawn.
