Gladstone, Virginia Ghost Tales My family is from Gladstone from like way back when we happened to have our family graveyard on a plot of land that has been in the family for years which also happens to have a house that was built by my like great great grandpa. My older family has lived in the house and no one has lived there since I was like 4 and I'm 20 now. Even when people did live there it was always stories of things seen and heard. I don't think there's anyone who hasn't had some experience in the house. I've seen and old lady and man watching us from the upstairs window. I've been in there during the day and heard people laughing and playing music. I've seen and old chair rock that was in one of the upstairs bedroom. It's like the graveyard. It is peaceful pretty and not scary, but the house has this like feeling like your never alone. I've felt people touch me and you feel the presense of people in the rooms. I've gotten all my friends to go up there at night to see what we could find. We've seen things in the windows and also taken photos with things in them that could not be explained !!.
