Submitted by Adam Cruey The ghost of a little girl is said to be haunting Tunnel Hill located inside Honaker.. if you stop in the tunnel at night and blow your horn you can hear her walking ontop of your vehicle. Submitted by anonymous An old principal at Honaker Highschool is occasionally spotted in the late hours at night in the Highschool Gym and the basement of the gym. Often reported that smoke can be smelled. Submitted by Danielle A person might assume that there's nothing extraordinary involving Honaker, Virginia, but this place has a quite good share of ghosts. Things take place in this town that can't be rationally explained. Some folks who live here assert these reports are not true, but anybody who has stayed a day in Honaker, Virginia knows better. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The       spirit of a woman with a dagger in her chest has often been seen holding a headbone up on the peak of Big A Mountain. A female with the head of a goblin is frequently seen shouting in Beehive Hollow on a dark night. A woman holding her head underneath her arm is rumored to have been seen on several instances staring by Hubbard Hole.   The ghost of a youthful woman wearing a blood-splattered prom dress may often be seen flying across Bear Wallow very late at night. Residents here who have spotted this ghost assert this ghost is that of a local who existed here in Honaker a long time ago. In any case, it's a creepy ghost that is rather not messed with. The ghost of a twelve feet enormous giant has from time to time been noticed at Andy Branch on a dark night hurling pieces of wood into the flow. No matter what people say, it's without a doubt a terrifying ghost that you would not want to come across late at night.
