The ghost of   a shackled up man was observed pacing from home to home at the stroke of midnight on a Horntown residential street. Alarmed by the watchers the ghost departed into the shadows. People here who have observed this phantom argue this phantom is that of a resident who lived here in Horntown some time ago. The ghost of a hobo was spotted looking down into the water at Chincoteague Point after midnight. This individual ghost has been noticed repeatedly in this neighborhood.
