My mom lived in a House off of route 618 that was built in 1788. We know that a Man hung himself in the barn during the depression but the ghosts there weren't scary or harmful. The first night we spent there I could hear something rolling above me in the 3rd floor attic like a Marble rolling back and forth.
My mom also reported once when she was in the den she Felt a Cool breeze go past her then she smelled flowers.
