The ghost of a teen girl can every now and then be noticed at Horsepen Spring at night going nuts. In any case, it's a scary spirit that you don't want to come across late in the night. A shape with a skeleton face sporting shadowy robes was noticed looking at the water by Cloud Dam before dawn. The onlooker got freaked out and escaped. Regardless of what, it is in all certainty a menacing spirit that any sane person wouldn't want to run into.
