Seems like every new years day night (the first night of     the new year) I see the same little girl standing in the middle of Bristow Rd. These incidents the first few times almost made me wreck my car. Heading towards 234 pkwy, before Keyser Rd. Very creepy young girl dressed in all white holding a bear. Many of my friends have spotted this little girl and hope they never see her again.
