Norton, Virginia Ghost Tales I was walking down the road with a few friends one night down on Main St. when I noticed a young looking girl hanging onto a light post! I told my friends and once they saw it to we decided that we would walk down and ask her if she needed our help. So a few minutes later we finally make down to where she was only to find her look at us and run away. She appeared to be reaching for something in the distance as if she was struggling. There have been many reports of this ghost in local areas so she must travel from place place attempting at getting whatever it is she's reaching for. No one I know of has ever seen them but we know thier there. Red lights and tvs are always doing weird things. Curtains moving with no one there. Help us find them ... These are some of the spooky   things that have happened here recently. A man without a head can now and then be made out riding on a moped on a gloomy road outside Norton. If you listen to what the people who live here declare, this spirit is the undeceased spirit of a long gone Norton local. A very menacing ghost was made out late at night conducting a conducted expedition of Osborn Rock to a cluster of ghosts. When the ghost was observed it disappeared into the air. The phantom of an aged woman holding a handgun became visible in Glades Wildlife Management Area in the early morning hours before sunrise covering a body by a sizeable boulder. The phantom was gobbled up by the air after being made out. The ghost of a waitress was perceived staring at the water by Back Creek Dam before sunrise. When seen the ghost came close to the observer who then escaped. The ghost of an aged Indian chief came into sight very late at night scrutinizing Beaverdam Gap in detail. This precise phantom has been witnessed over and over again in this spot. Well, it without a doubt is a frightening spirit that any commonsensical person wouldn't want to bump into.
