Several nights ago, I had a creepy experience in front of the Oakton Animal Hospital. As I approached the building, moving west on rt 123, I saw a man with dark hair, blue oxford shirt, jeans, and running shoes in the parking lot. That struck me as odd, since it was late at night. As I got closer, I briefly lost sight of the person, since there is a hedge and a wooden board fence that separate the property from the next

lot. As I passed the fence, the man was gone. The fence abuts the corner of the building and there is no way around it. It would have been very
|
difficult to climb the fence without me seeing it, and I checked the hedge carefully. Very strange. .
