The hauntings are subjective however the curse is real. My sister and I are the only direct decendents of both ira and doc. You should read the history.

The town hall in Pound is a former funeral home. Current and former police officers that had the pleasure of working the night shift have reported strange happenings many without prior knowledge that anything strange had ever happened to other officers.
Fyi: the police offices are in the area that contained the embalming room. They swear they are not making this stuff up. 1) during a bad snow storm two officers that were off duty had to spend the night there due to slick roads and having to be back on duty early the next morning.|
Three times during the night they awoke due to being very cold only to find that their blankets were no longer on top of them but across the (former viewing) room. 2) the very loud and clear sound of dishes being thrown against a wall and crashing to the floor has been heard many times by many different officers.
The crash originates inside a room that is locked and no one else is in the building during the night shift. One crash was so violent that it even knocked a picture off the wall in the room on the other side of the crash where an officer was standing at the time.
