The House was built in the mid to late 1800's and we all experienced what we Felt were ghosts in the house. You would hear footsteps and doors closing. Every night when we went to bed the attic door would be closed and in the mornings it would somehow opened during the night. In the middle of the night we would hear what sounded like     a typewriter clicking away... Maybe it wasn't a typewriter... But there was definate clicking noise. We didn't have electricity upstairs except in two rooms and it was the type that had a string attached to the lightbulb in the middle of the room. The other three rooms had no electricty. I remember feeling very nervous even walking by the attic door especially at night. There was always a feeling of someone or something watching you. I remember specifically one night laying in bed with my older cousin and looking up to see a very dark shadow hovering   (continued on the next page...)
