I first stayed with my boyfriend at the time in his parents' House almost a mansion and brand new; they were the first people to have lived there. I was staying in the guest bedroom across the Hall from my boyfriend and awoke at sometime in the Early morning hours (i'd estimate 2 or 3 am) to find myself paralyzed and barely able to breathe. I could Only move my eyes     and when I did I saw a Black shadowy figure in the corner of the room. I could describe it Only as an opaque shadow yet constantly shifting. It started to come towards me but I made myself overcome it's influence. I ran from the room and stayed with my boyfriend from then on. The second experience I have had in Ruther Glen sounds a lot like another I have seen posted as occurring in this area. I was living in a trailer with some friends in Ladysmith and it was right next to some woods. Us being bored teenagers in the country we'd go and wonder around   (continued on the next page...)
