The phantom of a female with a plastic bag fastened around her head was spotted reflecting in Booker T Washington Park late in the night. The phantom greeted the eye witness. A       partly translucent gentleman clothed as the captain of a fishing boat became visible by Clifton Forge Lower Dam on a dark night gazing at the water. The ghost was swallowed by the air after being perceived. A sizeable bloodcurdling spirit came into view calling names of people in Big Creek.
