The light came around the curve, very much looking like the headlight of an on coming train. I couldn't move, I was frozen in place by excitement of being in the presence of something unexplainable.
The train traveled the track toward my direction and I found myself powerless to move. I could not hear the sound of a train and for a brief moment was confused as to what was happening. Then, the cold rush of a chill cut through my body with a force
that I had never felt.|
We, the four of us standing in the middle of the tracks, turned to look in the other direction. The light had changed, it was
now a light being swayed back and forth by someone standing at the back of the train.|
We never came back.

It was in 1967, while serving in the air force, and stationed at Langley AFB in Hampton va, that myself and two of my buddies drove to West Point out of curiosity. We had heard a story of the ghost that roamed the tracks.
We drove down a dirt road to a crossing. We sat quietly on the tracks at dusk. When it became nearly completely dark, we saw an area of what looked to be illuminated fog draped over the tracks about a hundred yards away.
