Was on the back roads in a lighting storm I saw a Young girl in a dress standing on the side of the road. When we went back we saw nothing. I caught a picture of what could possibly be a colonial women walking with her head hunched over and her arms crossed at the northern end of Duke of Gloucester st. It was great.
