I walk frequently over in Veterans memorial park, very nice peacefull place. I took some pictures with my camera and found this one. It was NOT taken through glass, it was a very cloudy day. Make of it as you will, but to me and everyone I have shown it too see's a man staring right at the camera wearing a hat seems like he has shoulder pads as well.. maybe a general from long ago?.
